Project Simplify was born from my desire for peace and clarity, in other words, relief from confusion. While the confusion that clouds each of us is unique, the result is the same–we lose sight of what’s important to us.

This is when we are most likely to race towards burn-out. This is when we are most likely to make short-sighted decisions that compromise our health and well-being. This is when we are most likely to waste time on really dopey stuff!
