Services

My role as consultant is to employ my expertise as a systems simplifier, taskmaster, motivator and sounding board; which will get you and your business back on track, keep you focused, and hold you accountable for progress.

Fees/Payment

Payment payable by check to Project Simplify

Non-contract clients

- Payment is due at the end of each appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Billable time between sessions will be billed with next appointment or at the end of the month, whichever comes first.

Contract clients

- Payment is due at the beginning of the monthly service period. Send to:

- Extras such as long distance phone charges and reimbursements for expenses incurred on your behalf will be billed at the end of the month and are due net 15.

Procedure

Phone appointments: you call me at the agreed upon time.

Expectations

Being on time and prepared for appointments and completing any homework you agree to are reflections of your commitment to simplifying your life and your business.

Confidentiality

I protect the confidentiality of the communications with my clients. I will not voluntarily divulge that I am in a coaching relationship with you without your written permission.

Mutual Nondisclosure

Consultant and client mutually recognize that they may discuss future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. Consultant will not voluntarily communicate client’s information to a third party.

In order to honor and protect the consultant’s intellectual property, the client likewise agrees not to disclose or communicate information about the consultant’s practice, materials, or methods to any third parties.
