Impromptu client story
I just received a gratifying email from a client whose filing system we re-org’d earlier this year. (And as a side note, she is a phone consultation client.)
Hey, here’s a win: I have to get together ALL the receipts for improvements for my house for my refinance so I can prove that I spent my $120K home equity on home improvements, to get a better interest rate, AND… Dreading looking for them, I opened up my file cabinet, and lo and behold, there they were, in the Property drawer, under I for Improvements, arranged by year. I probably saved half the time it took to rearrange all my file cabinets with just this one task. Took all of 30 seconds and it saved me money on my mortgage payment each month.
