    Loving the luscious inner life

Here’s a short list of the benefits of taking quiet time for self on a regular basis.

What’s regular? Daily? Multi-daily? Whenever catching self starting to get tweaky or stressed? All of the above? Yes!

Quiet time is a great habit to do on a regular basis, as needed, and whenever you darn well feel like it.

    • Need space to think, dream, muse.
    • Reconnect with self.
    • Get in the habit of coming back to home base.
    • Catch yourself getting stressed.
    • Whenever you have a challenging situation to resolve.
    • Explore an approach to respond to a situation differently.
    • Check in with Simplicity Statement.
    • Mentally and experientially rehearse new roles or uncomfortable responsibilities.
