When’s the last time you called someone on their cell phone, got voice mail, then forgot what you were going to say after all the automated options (“press 1 for more options, press 4 to leave a call back number, press 5 to send a fax, press 44 to leave a call back number, send a fax and leave a message etc”).

If you have ATT or Verizon, wireless here’s how you can tell your callers how to skip that!

PS Update on transitions and new mics

Small office zones

What are you intending when you say you want a balanced life?

Where I didn’t go in the video is replacement options. How else can this sentence be completed? “I want…

a sweet life.
a rockin’ life.
a groovy life.
a bomb bo’ bitchin’ life.
a diverse, interesting and fun life.
