There are quite a few blog categories on the site. The Category Map displays them in a very cool way. Each time you load this map, a different color scheme is used. The larger the font, the higher the number of posts in that category. Click on any of them because they are links!

What I like most about the category map is the whimsical-ness of it. Instead of the predictable list format, words are all over the screen, sometimes overlapping, sometimes not. Tony Buzan, credited with being the founder of the modern Mind Map claimed that the human brain, when presented with a page, doesn’t work in a left to right manner, but in a full page scan manner. Color, spacial relationships and images play a huge part in the comprehension. I’m a huge fan of mind mapping and have found an awesome, easy to use, aesthetically pleasing (because of it’s customizability) software program by NovaMind to mind map away. More on this soon.
