They have a couple of different plans, the free one: “Limited account (you can receive up to 20 pages per month; non-local number; receive faxes only.”
Then there are $12.95/month (can send, get a local or toll free #) and $19.95/month (includes voice mail services) plans.

I’ve been using their free service for several years now and have had no problems at all.
