I like the idea of follow up online or phone sessions. I don't know about "quizzes"--might scare people off or be too reminiscent of school dread. Besides, the benefit of the additional contact has more to do with the experience of simplifying rather than testing what was learned. (i.e., people could have "quizzes" that they send in once a week for the following 3 or 4 weeks, or something like that.)
